Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Quotes, hourly work and minimum charges
Local removals are charged by the hour with a minimum booking, plus one depot to depot travel fee. Time is recorded on a job sheet that you sign on completion. Interstate removals are charged on cubic metres, with a minimum volume per corridor. Prices shown anywhere on this website are sample figures for a demo site and are not an offer.
Goods we cannot carry
We cannot carry dangerous goods, including gas bottles, fuel, paint, pool chemicals, aerosols in bulk, fire extinguishers, ammunition and loose batteries. We cannot carry perishable food, plants or animals interstate, and state biosecurity rules may prohibit produce, soil and plants at the border. Items left in the load contrary to this clause may be removed and disposed of, and may affect cover for the rest of the consignment.
Liability, cover and claims
Carrier's liability is limited and is not insurance. Transit cover, where taken, is arranged with a third party insurer and the policy wording governs what is covered. Cartons packed by the customer are recorded as owner packed and cover for their contents is normally limited. Claims must be noted at delivery and submitted in writing within seven days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of VIC.
