Most inner Melbourne commercial buildings need a lift booking, a certificate of currency and a loading dock slot. We handle those bookings with the building manager as part of the job, because a truck outside a locked dock is an expensive way to learn a lesson.

Reusable plastic crates delivered a week ahead with a colour code per desk or department, collected a week after.
Desk and workstation handling
Workstations dismantled, screens and partitions wrapped, hardware bagged and labelled per station.
IT and comms coordination
Machines shut down, cabled and boxed per desk. We work with your IT provider on the rack and the patch panel rather than around them.
Building compliance
Lift bookings, certificate of currency for $20 million public liability (sample), dock slots and after hours access arranged in writing.
Four steps, start to finish

Site walk at both ends
We measure the lift car, the dock height, the door widths and the corridor turns, then build a floor plan with numbered positions.

Crate delivery and pack down
Your team packs personal items into numbered crates. We pack the shared areas, kitchen and storerooms.

The move window
Friday evening or Saturday. Comms rack first, workstations by floor plan number, then the storeroom.

Monday morning check
A crew member on site for the first two hours to shift anything that is in the wrong spot.

We move the physical rack and cabling. Decommissioning, backups and bringing services back up stay with your IT provider, and we schedule around their window.
