Settlement gaps are the most common reason people call us twice. A sale settles on the Friday, the purchase settles the following Wednesday, and the furniture has to live somewhere in between. Storage modules solve that without a second full move.
Your goods are loaded straight from the truck into timber modules of about 7 cubic metres, each one sealed and numbered. They are not unpacked and repacked, which is what keeps handling damage and cost down.

A 2 bedroom home is usually 4 to 5 modules, a 3 bedroom home 6 to 8. You pay for modules used, not floor space rented.
Sealed and numbered
Each module is sealed at load and the seal number goes on your inventory. Nobody opens it without you.
Short notice redelivery
24 to 48 hours notice to bring your goods out and deliver, which matches how settlement delays actually happen.

Into modules at the depot
Goods are transferred into modules, listed, sealed and racked. You receive the module numbers.

Minimum two weeks, then charged weekly. Most settlement gaps run two to six weeks.

Redelivery
Give us 24 to 48 hours notice. Modules come down, load onto the truck and deliver into your new place.

All questions and answersRoughly one module per 7 cubic metres. A two bedroom unit at 24 m3 needs four modules, a three bedroom house at 45 m3 needs six or seven. We confirm the count when your goods are loaded.
It is a dry, secure, vermin controlled warehouse, not a climate controlled vault. Wine, instruments and artwork should be told to us in advance so we can advise.
Not to a sealed module, but you can add a new module at any time for the same weekly rate plus handling.
Storage simply continues at the weekly rate. There is no penalty for extending, and no second handling fee unless the goods leave the warehouse.
