Not every move is a house. Half our Saturday work is a two seater from a Fitzroy warehouse conversion, a fridge from a Facebook Marketplace seller in Reservoir, or a student's room heading from Carlton to Clayton before semester starts.
These jobs are charged at the same hourly rate with a two hour minimum, and we will collect from one address and deliver to another with a stop in between if you need to grab something from storage on the way.

Two movers on every job
Single item moves still get two people. One person and a sack trolley is how door frames and backs get broken.
Marketplace pick ups
We can collect from a seller you have never met, pay cash on your behalf up to $500 with prior arrangement, and send a photo before we load.
Share house and student moves
Room to room, house to house, or into storage over the summer break. Cheapest on weekday mornings.
Tip and charity runs
Add a stop at a charity store or the transfer station. Disposal fees at cost with the receipt.

A photo of the item, plus stairs and parking at both ends. We confirm the truck size and a time band.

Two hour minimum booking
Most single item jobs finish inside the minimum, including travel between the two addresses.

Wrapped, not just lifted
Blankets and shrink wrap on upholstery, corner protection on timber, straps on anything tall.

Card or bank transfer when the item is in place.

All questions and answersSend us the width of the narrowest doorway and a photo of the item. A standard three seat sofa needs about 850 mm of clear width, or it goes over the balcony, which is a different quote.
We avoid it. A fridge laid down needs to stand upright for four hours before it is switched on, so we carry them upright on a fridge trolley wherever the stairs allow.
Yes, as a part load on the backload runs. A queen bed and six cartons to Sydney is a typical part load.
We can drop items at a transfer station or charity store on the way, but we are not a rubbish removal service and cannot take hazardous waste.
